Boyyyyyyyy am I getting round! My bump is seriously taking on major weight. I am feeling some craaaaazy pelvic pressure like you wouldn’t believe. In a matter of months, I’ve packed on 23 pounds. My petite hips are arduously bearing a load at which they’re not accustomed. I can’t even pee in a steady stream, I clumsily spray. It’s hilarious and horrific. I would not wish this uncomfortableness on ANYONE.
How can I possibly survive at 37, 38, 39 weeks!?? But then I tell myself, mommies all over the world have endured these pregnancy pains. If they can handle their little bundles through full term, I SURE AS HECK CAN!
Over the weekend, Jordan put our Babyletto Scoot 3-in-1 Convertible Crib together. It is perrrrrrfect (pic coming soon). With every pair of shoes, clothing, piece of furniture, or gift that we get, it brings our baby boy more and more to life. It’s such a beautiful feeling, albeit nerve-wrecking knowing that in just a few short months, we’ll be in a new chapter of our lives. Parents…with a new little human. Like WHOAAAA. 🙂
In other weekend news, had a scrumptious dinner with Nate & his fiancée Christine. We met up at Eight Korean BBQ in Buena Park (one of our fave spots). Jordan was looking forward to that meal all dayyyyy. I ate as much as baby bump would allow (stretchy maternity pants are a godsend). It was well worth the spike in cholesterol levels. Our baby boy is going to come out with chubby rolls and extra chunky limbs. 🙂
