Reality check: If you’re in your 30’s (or nearing them) and you’ve been lacking on the workout front…good luck to you. Gravity is literally going to have a field day with your ass.
Consequently, I’ve attempted the feat of defying gravity since my 20’s. Thanks to pilates & yoga, in the past 3 years I’ve managed to keep my jiggly bits down to a moderately safe minimum. Before that, I was all about Beach Body workouts and cardio kickboxing — sweating so good till that salt dripped down my nose. My focus has always been to keep my tush toned and tight. I had never really cared about abs or amazing arms.
It’s all about that assssss, am I right? Let’s keep those cheeks lifted ladies! 🙂
