If I’m sad…that’s ok.
If I’m disappointed…that’s ok.
If I allow myself to feel it,
it’s only then that I can heal it.
Not by projecting it onto anything or anyone else.
Not by finding external factors to blame.
If I let emotions affect me, it’s only me who can discard them.
The only way I can do that
is by acknowledging that those feelings are there.
So feel it. Don’t fight it.
