I’ve been feeling extra bloated lately. I didn’t expect all of this extra fluff so early on. It’s about 2 months, and I’ve been wearing looser skirts to work, unbuttoning my jeans when I sit down, having to fidget and adjust my waistline — which I understand comes with the territory. But I’ve just never been accustomed to being fluffy. Fluffy is very foreign to me.
Tiny love handles have starting forming because I’ve abandoned my regular yoga-pilates routines. My workouts have become very low impact, not more than 30 minutes, around 3 days a week. I don’t break into a good sweat. I chalk it up to first trimester fatigue and laziness…but I do hope to snap out of it in another month. This lazy Charity is not someone I’m happy with.
I might as well start measuring myself for progress. I haven’t taken any photos of my belly yet. I keep forgetting to. I need to start getting creative for these posts. Hoping to document this pregnancy as much as I can. Pics in the next post…promise.
