I’ve been enjoying this easy-to-make chia seed pudding for snacktime. Try it out if you’re in the mood for a wholesome sweet treat, or if you’re just flat out lazy.
¼ cup dry chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Stevia / honey / sweetener to taste
Evaporated milk to taste
Fresh strawberries, sliced
1. In a bowl, mix together dry chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract and sweetener. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or chill overnight.
2. Serve cold with sliced strawberries and blueberries atop. Drizzle with evaporated milk. Enjoy!
