Answer:
I dry rubbed (brushed) myself for the first time ever last night. Get yo mind out the gutter, foo. 🙂 I can’t believe I haven’t been doing this my entire life.
I got the idea from Fashion Police yesterday. They mentioned that Stacy Kiebler does a dry brush (rub) method all over her body before showering then finishes off with a body oil to keep moisturized. I was so intrigued that I tried it out myself.
I used a body brush before my shower and rubbed it dry all over my body. I brushed and brushed and brushed till I looked slightly raw and pinkish. It kinda hurt actually. Then before I let the water run, I took my salt & cane sugar scrub (it’s got a good amount of oil in it) and massaged it into my skin for about 3 minutes. When I let the water run, my skin felt baby-butt smooth. I was super soft. You should have seen the look on my face. My mind was blown.
