After my short, pre-summer low-carb stint, I’ve lost some noticeable mass; particularly around my core / lower body area. I might need to see a nutritionist or a trainer because I’m not doing that well of a job on my own, dietary-wise. My carb-to-protein-to-fat consumption ratio is definitely skewed somehow.
I’ve even toned down my workouts. And yet, somehow, my metabolism is still in overdrive.
My intention isn’t to lose weight. I WANT to get toned, not thin.
I want my jeans to grope my curves again, NOT sadly sag. 🙁
