Jordan had the bright idea to do some tacos for Ninna’s little get-together on Sunday (with Nick, Faith, Nate & Karina :)). He marinated the kalbi in some soy sauce, garlic, salt & pepper, and stir-fried it in some hot sesame oil. I prepared the spicy Sriracha slaw for topping. And he cut up some jalapenos, limes, green onions, and kimchi for garnish/topping. I also added some sautéed bokchoy into the mix, too 🙂 And of course, toasty corn tortillas!
Possibly THE BEST tacos I’ve had. EVER.
Great job, Jordan. I think your next taco-concoction should be a twist on the crispy duck skin dish!
