I do hope you all have had an amazing summer. I haven’t been keeping up on the blogging-front; I’ve had a lot of projects on my plate recently and my spare time has been spread thin. Not a great excuse, I know. But we make time, right?

It’s 9:54pm. I’m watching the final episode of The Handmaid’s Tale (Season 1). Jordan is out with his coworkers at a karaoke shindig. And now I find myself blogging…
Time to tell you about an item on our bucket list:
Jordan and I have made a pact to visit every Nobu in the world. That’s right. You heard me say it. IN THE WORLD. It’s killing two birds with one stone. It satisfies my travel bug, and gratifies Jordan’s foodie sensibilities. 🙂

We have so many more to check-off. In the US alone, we have 9 to go. 23 more internationally. That’s a lot of sushi…a lot of freakin’ grade-A fish.
Our most recent Nobu was a new location that popped up in Newport Beach. Right down the street from us. Jordan took me out for a special birthday dinner, and we loved every little morsel of Nobu goodness. Have you been before?
