Jordan & I have been doing the April Squategeddon Challenge after seeing it on a few feeds. Doing 100 squats with him yesterday was crazy tough. I can’t even imagine how exhausted we’ll be after 150 tonight. How the heck are we gonna do 300 squats on Apr 29??? Yaaaargh.

We’ve definitely jumped back on the Healthy Train – lean breakfasts, lighter dinners sans carbs, protein shakes & juices, consistent workouts. I’m feeling much leaner and less sluggish. Wooty wooooooot.
